Childbirth Classes - ParkWest Women's Health offers education classes throughout your entire pregnancy. Our six class series enables expectant parents to learn many health promotion measures that can help ensure the health and safety of you and your baby.
| Late Pregnancy Lamaze Class | Topics include the process of labor and delivery, anesthesia and analgesia, breathing patterns, advanced relaxation techniques and birthing options. Register for class before your 28th week of pregnancy. |
| Preparation for Breastfeeding | To help prepare expectant parents for a successful nursing experience. This class is taught in one session. |
